Manor Elevator Replacement

Over the last year or so, the Manor elevator has been out of service on several occasions due to the aging condition of the equipment and the lack of replacement parts.

Tenders have gone out to replace the elevator. The estimated time from ordering, then procuring the parts, and finally to completion of a new working elevator is 8-10 months.

Your Shalem Board is now faced with the task of determining how to best finance the Elevator Project.

Our Members and Residents are the central core to the Society. Families and government also benefit from a place that offers low income housing and community to 52 of its Citizens in the Manor.
